I was streaming a workout today and briefly paused it. When I tried to get it to start playing again it wouldn't play. I was casting with Chromecast on my wifi. Connection was good. Any ideas on how to remedy this type of problem? I knew the workout so I was able to finish but it never restarted.
First, I received error code null whenever I tried to push play on any video. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and now I can't even log in. It just says that something went wrong and to try again later. I'd love to actually be able to get to my workouts.
I'd love to use the service I paid for, but, the app won't even let me log in (before you ask, yes, I did check to make sure I was entering the correct credentials). Completely useless. It must be nice to be able to scam people out of money, and claim "technical difficulty" when you don't deliver...
Won't let me log in. I love the BeachBody programs, but the on demand is very problematic. Consistently have trouble logging in. If I log in on my laptp, it deactivates my firetv..can't log in on my phone at all (Android)
When it works its great, but the "Error: null" video errors are really wearing my patience... seems I'm not the only one. Today, I can't even log in. Super frustrating considering how costly the programs are.
It is frustrating when you have a schedule to maintain and the app does not want to load. I use it with Google Chromecast and it has streaming issues. Only app that I have trouble streaming with.
