Unreliable app! Notifications only work half the time. App times out and then always defaults to the earliest bus route, annoying if you have more than 1 kid or are using the app for PM routes. Every single time I open the app it says I have no bus routes then takes a long time to load my routes. Yesterday all the bus routes disappeared and when I tried to add them back in, they still do not show up.

Great if it's actually working. Zero options for support/help/contact info when it isn't working. At least two days a week the tracking info just doesn't update. I have no idea if it is the bus driver failing to do something or if it is something broken in the app itself, because there is absolutely zero support or troubleshooting options.

With a pick up at the beginning of the route, we can't see the bus until a few minutes before it shows up due to the time constraints placed on the route in the app. AM bus info is unavailable for weather delay days, one of the main situations that we would expect delays in transportation and want to have our kiddo in the warmth until the last minute. App will occasionally log us out without notice and we are unaware until the bus comes with no notification (does not happen with other apps).
