I've been with this bank for years. I've never had a problem with them. The associates very friendly.

Have banked with them since I first started working. They are a bit of a drive away from me at the other end of Baytown but happy that they have a map showing the surcharge free ATMs in my area. Glad the app finally got update.

The old system may have been clunky and limited, but at least I didn't have to have my password reset 3 times in 6 weeks because the system crashed. Seriously considering moving my banking elsewhere.
