Dispatcher Works well with sending calls and getting the info however when editing or rating calls it messes up and kicks me out of the program please fix that asap. Otherwise pretty good app. Update*** Fixed editing perfect! Butttt!!!!!TOO SLOW AND SLUGGISH. POINTLESS!
3 Years never worked properly Still doesn't work.. None my drivers ever received a notification removing the reason to even have it. I have had to text message every driver to inform them of a new dispatch.. Its like having a phone that doesnt ring. We've complained every 2 weeks for 3 years.. We've lodged over 75 complaints each time promises were made but never delivered a fix. At least 50 additional complaints were made regarding other issues, never fixed. The only consistency is their ability to debit my account for payment.
Junk.Pleases me to see how many customers have documented the years of service that proove this never worked. Consecutive multiple down periods in a week.I feel a credit is due towards our account. Todd is combative.Todd the owner cant take factual criticism.Many features haven't worked for 3 years,and it cant even pull a full quarter's worth of reports. I wont pay final bill until Todd lets me have my data.He refuses but we have proof it hasnt ever worked. I have no respect for lies.We pay monthly for a product we cant use. Shameful. The support guys are good people...sucks for them
Note 5 First of all...Great job to you all. When i am logged into my account on my smart phone and computor..whenever a new call is dispatched from the smart phone the computor program doesnt send the call to the assigned calls until i refresh by clicking on the finished icon and then back to waiting..then it transfers to assigned..thanks again..thom
