Ive been using BB since 2016/17! Love the fact that it has a wide range of skincare and other products. It has really helpful description under each item and what it is for and how to use it. But Beauty Bay is also annoying to use when you're scrolling it'll jump pages. It tells me I am unable to leave a review. So I had to use a computer, and even then I can't see the reviews I left on the products I purchased? Just these little things that let the app down. Please fix it.

I adore this app!! The app itself is easy to navigate, and there is a description of each item, what it is and its function, which is super helpful when you arent familiar with a certain product. They have a wide selection of k-beauty and skincare brands. The prices range from super cheap to high so there's something for everyone!! I ordered from them and got my haul in less than 2 weeks to the States. The shipping isnt cheap, but it is worth it! Better than Ulta & Sephora!!

The app will display items on discount but not when in checkout. I contacted their customer service and they told me they don't control the prices. I then sent screenshots to clarify what I meant and they told me to use desktop browser instead. Also they reiterated they don't control the prices. So that's what I do. Thanks BeautyBay CS!
