This app seems to work well on my wife's iPhone but it's pretty buggy on my Android. I have upgraded to the most recent version, but whenever I try to zoom in the app randomly jumps the screen to the left every five seconds. Also there's no way to keep the app turned on in the background and every time you turn off the phone screen or switch apps, both video and audio feeds stop. To start video again you have to go back to the main page and click on camera. Needs work!

Thank you for your support, we will fix this issue soon. The zoom issue on Android app will be fixed in the next release. On keeping the video and audio in the background, it is by design, as many of our users want to see or hear their baby only when they have the app open.

Terrible app. Keeps logging me out, and then when trying to log me back in, fails 2 out of 3 times because username not registered error keeps coming up. When you do eventually get in to the app, half of the time it doesn't show the video and says logging in. You need to fix this, this is an expensive camera system!

I had high hopes for the Bebcare baby monitor, but it stopped working within the warranty period. The buttons became unresponsive, making it useless. Customer support refused to replace it and instead offered a discount on another unit if I left Amazon reviews. This is unacceptable—warranties should be honored without conditions. Bebcare prioritizes ratings over customer support. Their warranty is meaningless, and I regret this purchase. I do not recommend this brand.
