If I could give you a zero, I would. My husband and I each have a bedjet v2 along with the cloud sheet. It was working reasonably well until this new app. The app constantly freezes, loses connection, or never connects. Even when it does, the units most of the time will not heat. The manual controls no longer work. I have reinstalled the app repeatedly, restarted the phone repeatedly, and restarted Bluetooth. But nothing works. I need help!! These units are not cheap and I expect more.. .

The communication between the app and the device is truly terrible. It drops multiple times in the course of a standard interaction and always makes you select it on login. Even when you're changing settings that don't need immediate communication to the device, losing signal will make you start from scratch. The device itself and the remote are pretty great, but setting up the biorhythm modes is easier with the app. Sometimes I use the app because I can't reach the remote, but that's it.

This app is a learning experience in poor design. The bedjet randomly disconnects, even when I'm in the middle of doing something, which kicks you back to the device selection menu. Sometimes you get a pop-up window telling you it's running some sort of test or something. Don't hit the "ok" button! That stops the test. Just wait. I found that out the hard way. Normally I wouldn't care about an app and just use the product, but it kept beeping at me to update, so I had to
