This car service company is a FRAUD plain and simple. The app quotes a price and in the last year+ that I've used the service (almost daily) I've NEVER had an issue with the price that's quoted on the app... UNTIL tonight. The fare on the app is $32.20 and the driver proceeded to inform me that that's an inaccurate cost and that I should pay "more". I responded and said that I won't be paying more because I nor any driver has ever had an issue with the cost. And I got out.

it's crazy how the app charges $34.50 the Driver ( Felix) called the agency to ask the lady over the phone to add more on my ride just because he picked me up at the wrong address. The beauty of that is none of them know I speak Spanish. SMH, that is fraud total fraud. from $40, I got $0.25 back when my ride is $34.50

First time using this app and there is no option that say "round trip". I only downloaded this cause I heard they was good ehhhh. So I'm trying to explain and show him that it only say "add stop" he was not trying to listen but tried to act like I was arguing and disputing what he was saying.
