the first time I had to send the device back because it was not working properly now the second device that was sent to me it was working fine after awhile and then all of a sudden it was not working correctly it would shut off in mid measurement. then we'll take forever to turn back on until one day it just stopped turning on today I did what the lady told me to do it with a paper clip. now I got to turn on but not with what I was told to do in email! I put it on the QR code and nothing.

In general the app is well designed but it should be possible to immediately change the wifi if I know that I'm using another one. At the moment I need to try and fail twice in establishing a connection before I can change the wifi, which is rather inconvenient.

The app keeps saying SERVICE NOT AVAILABLE whenever I try to register. I just received the device today and can't get past the registration. I put in code, it says enter info, next it says "email already in use, please login", then I login and it says " email is not registered or password is incorrect". What am I supposed to do?!
