Allowed me to download the app, pay a subscription and then tell me that it's not available to watch on mobile devices. Annoying. I don't have a laptop currently so I'm irritated that there is no system in place (simple enough to enable given today's tech capabilities) to make sure this doesn't happen. Feels like a cheeky money grab.

They drive the customers to go through cheap and illegal broadcasting,, because they manage the business wrongly!! it's not only the commentary, the coverage, and the false commercials, it's about many things customers missed year after a year, like the receiver device and remotecontrol, the subscription charges, customer service, useless applications, .. all bad, numb and zero creativity, for a very high value of money.

Since the last update (and it's a recurring issue every other update) the language settings always change from Arabic to English. have to restart the app to have the language setting right. Also, I now always get a message that the video content is not available to your country which is btw Kuwait. Pretty sure I was able to play the content before.
