Ratings and reviews

Every couple of weeks there's an issue and always on the weekends. I have to waste my time to fix someone elses mess. I also have to wait for over 30 minutes for someone to "help" "fix" the problem! Then suddenly my rate goes up because I reinstalled the app..........WE ARE DEALING WITH ENOUGH STRESS ALREADY! FIX THIS APP!!!

On another similar app (Intact) you can see where on the map you had an "incident". You should also be able to leave a comment. Speeding on a highway where the max is 90kmh and your cruise control is at 95! Also you should be able to have the other options in the app without automerit. I read other reviews, and you always say to contact you for help. Don't seem to make any difference.

I find in some cases it's too sensitive and other times it doesn't even log a drive. It doesn't always allow me to make comments, it fails to save. Update 20230906 - the newest version is not as good as old. It doesn't show where an infraction occurred. It is more sensitive to speed. I'm going the same speeds as always, yet now it's flagging me as speeding (I.e. about 112km/hr on highway with speed limit of 100km/hr)
