It mostly crashes than function. You can load funds to your physical/digital public transportation card, but they charge extra processing fees which doesn't make it much attractive. You can easily use most of the TR bank apps i.e. maximum app or fastpay app and do it for free (currently). God forbid you forget your physical card you can't transfer funds to the digital version, but must add funds directly to it with fees. Getting a new physical card costs 10TL currently. Very cumbersome, useless.

Frustrating Payment glitch: Despite already having a registered bank card, it doesn't show up in the interface and forces me to 'add a new card.' However, when I try to re-enter my bank card, the system shows me it is already exist and I am unable to top up my Istanbul card.

the app is very slow especially if you need to fill your card In a hurry sometimes it locks you out of paying for 30-40 mins which causes you to miss the bus
