It mostly crashes than function. You can load funds to your physical/digital public transportation card, but they charge extra processing fees which doesn't make it much attractive. You can easily use most of the TR bank apps i.e. maximum app or fastpay app and do it for free (currently). God forbid you forget your physical card you can't transfer funds to the digital version, but must add funds directly to it with fees. Getting a new physical card costs 10TL currently. Very cumbersome, useless.

Don't install! Useless app. Tried to register my phone number. Seems to come in an endless loop. Keeps on prompting for entering a phone number. Doesn't show a message what is wrong. Reading the other reviews, I don't seem to be the only one having this problem. Apparently, the company does not care about their customers as the problem exists already for a long time. Waist of time.

A complete shitshow. I tried not to write a bad review having seen too many of them already written for this abomination of an app. Thought maybe, just maybe it was misunderstood by the masses. But it is far from it. Payments wont go through, timeout issues, horrible user interface. Remove from the store, go back to whatever the traditional methods you had for whatever the past years years!
