The app doesn't seem to communicate correctly all the time with the store you're ordering from. On several occasions, my order was wrong, and when I called they did not see my order correctly. I appreciate the store credit, but when I order Gluten-free pizza, and get a gluten filled one instead, not only is there a price difference, but I can't eat it. I'd post pictures but that's not an option for some reason.

App works, but says something is broken. The last few times I've tried to order, placing the order ends in an error message saying something about not being able to cast to something... It was not clear what that meant. I assumed the app didn't work, so I tried again. Apparently, it is transmitting the order each time, but telling you it was not successful. Had to contact local store to cancel excess pizzas. Hopefully, they will fix the app. Doesn't seem to be any updates available.

It'll place an order for you, but that's about it. No order tracking, no order updates, nothing. Sparse previous order info, too, so unlike ordering from the website you can't see when you ordered, just the estimated delivery time... which, with my current order, is 30 min overdue. You can repeat your last order, I guess? Outside of the rewards program and the fact that the app is more reliable than the website when it comes to mobile phones, there's no real reason to use this over the website.
