I don't know why you have to change it. Now everytime l try to use this App it tells me to login and the email address has expired and I can't even look at my account. I might as well not have it No good anymore i can't even login anymore because the email has expired
Doesn't work since last update. App opens my browser first thing and then gives a 'cant open this page' error. Doesn't matter if I am on wifi or not.
Awful update I used to have no problem with this app. Now it opens the web browser to send me a link via SMS that will open the self-serve in the web browser. What's the point? Once my contract is done, I'm dumping this provider. Can't stand their customer service.
What happened to the app? Update: just doesn't work anymore. Thanks Bell Why this new login procedure? Why does bell continue developing an app when all it does is open my browser. I pay too much for this garbage.
Arghh i hate this self serve thing.. And as of recently i just got a letter from virgin mobile saying if i dont top up, they are going to shut off my phone, and i cant freaken get on the self serve even to do that, i need to give my cell number..which since it has been so long for some reason they decided i shouldnt even be able to recieve txts anymore :\ Help! I need to top it up by FEB 8TH!! How do i get in this thing..
