Rated 1 star to get attention: Great concept, there is a bug however. Clicking "send feedback" causes my phone to try and share something. This seems to be broken.
Tried downloading and it said it can't download right now. Error code 491......then tried later and it's downloaded. I got my first call within 2 days, answered it all the screen kept doing was a circle twirling in the center saying it was trying to answer the call..... finally after 30 seconds it said error. If it won't work then how can I help anyone?
Great idea. Well done to the developers. One feature I would like to see is for the volunteers to have a Do Not Disturb feature that we can set at certain times. I know help is needed at all times but with time differences it can become disturbing when a call comes through at night whilst asleep or if i was in a meeting etc...
As'slamu Allekum (Peace To All) This is an Awesome initiative, only thing lacking, there should be a feature to set ny off hours, as when I'm on job I can not use my cell phone (as not allowed at my job) so there should be that function for ease so that I can set the time of my work as well as sleep. Other than that, it's a brilliant idea and a service as well as reminder to world that humanity still is alive ❤️ Peace To You All
this is the most helpful app I have ever used as a legally blind individual. Thank you for giving us the this gift. Small daily problems like reading directions are the most frustrating thing. Having these wonderful volunteers who take a moment of their time to let us not stress out over not knowing how to heat up my pot pie is actually a life saver.
My first called failed do to poor quality, my second was a complete success. It does take sometime for a call to come your way, but it's worth the wait.
