Ratings and reviews

For gig work, I've been unable to upload pertinent certifications and, therefore, ineligible to apply for work. I've tried the chat bot, but it doesn't work. I emailed the certifications, but was told to upload to chat...which was was why I needed help to begin with. Rec'd text link for on-call job directs me to chat bot which freezes after asking where I heard abt the oppty. Recd follow up text from bot prompting me to finish application, but stuck at same spot. No email/phone support.

It's not a good app they told me it would be full time but they barely release shifts and when they do they are gone fast like the app is moving slow or something. The only time I get a shift is when they send me a personal text not when I get a notification from the app also I try and chat with the representative no one ever responds.

I keep missing out on gigs because the app does not work on my phone. Works on my tablet but will not work on my phone. Keep saying connectivity issues retry. Whether I'm on Wi-Fi or mobile data it keeps saying connectivity issues I've uninstalled and reinstalled app several times still have same issues.
