Clarity Mobile provides the following functionality:

• Contact administrator from mobile application via email or mobile phone
• Stronger Authentication support (Picture/Passphrase, device identification and Challenge questions)
• View Profile Details
• View Dependents
• View Card Details
• View Card PIN
• Register new users directly from mobile device
• Ability to edit billing address *
• Ability to update billing address *
• Ability to report card lost stolen *
• Ability to order replacement card *
• Ability to attach provider name to newly submitted claims *
• Ability to pay provider directly from app *

Ratings and reviews

Their app is awful. If you misspell your password twice, you will get locked out of your account. By locked out I mean you have to call their customer service to unlock it. I have multiple credit cards and banking apps , I never had to deal with any insane security features like this before. Did I mention that customer service is only available during the week. So if get you get locked out, your out of luck until Monday. Then you will spend forever on hold just so a person on the other end of the line can click a button. It's mind boggling. This has happen to me several times. It is infuriating. I've been so frustrated with a company in my life.

Unusable. I've copied and pasted the login details directly from the password manager I use to log in to the website and the app tells me the credentials are invalid. They're clearly not since I can log in to the website. I'd love to conveniently use the app but apparently they don't make it easy to access. Update 10/26/23: This is still an issue with the app. Dev seems to not care whether the app works. Uninstalling

App says invalid credentials when logging into the website works just fine. Where's the disconnect? You can't register a new account because you already one from the website. This really needs to be fixed if the website is promoting using the app.
