I've had nothing but problems trying to get paid from rewards earned in November. the $29.00 reward has been in the air since Jan 22nd. I've contacted customer support over 5 times and they keep telling me that it's because of increase in reward requests. I don't believe that it takes that long to process requests. they just don't want to pay. don't waste your time or energy on the app. it's a scam and any requests for customer support will fall on def ears. run and run fast. worst site ever.

This was a good app with quick payouts. It is not anymore I have been waiting for over 3 months for a payout and have contacted them multiple times. Each time they give the same run around response and no actual solution. It has become a waste of time and energy! update: Almost been another month and still nothing even though they said they escalated it...

They changed things again, making it worse. bad enough they froze payments right before Christmas when I was wanting to use the money I earned, but now they're charging me $0.99 to be able to withdraw my money and currently my withdrawal has been sitting in queue for 2 MONTHS now! They used to be legit. now seems like a great big scam. over $160 pending that I'll probably never see. No longer going to be playing their games until they start giving me my rewards.
