Cannot turn bulb off anymore
I signed to try it to see if I would like it and was going to do the whole house. But I forgot the password and their is no way to retrieve it
These bulbs are great Bulbs and app work as promised. Even with update. Only slight negative is wait time for bills to connect but seems to be getting better with each update. Very surprised that so few have downloaded this app.
Update crashes app Updated today now app won't open. Hopefully you can fix this otherwise my bulbs are going back
Keeps crashing It's a bit slow to load and now it keeps crashing
So far this app makes the bulb system useless. Following directions never discovered more than two of the four bulbs installed. After five repeated attempts got one to work. Going to uninstall and reinstall app and give setup one more try before sending bulbs back to manufacture. Buyer beware.
