Google Maps is used for the map view and the maps can be cached for offline use. You only need to pan your planned track in advance to be able to use it offline. You can stop and pan when you get lost during tracking. The map has two modes: 2D and 3D. The 2D mode is a classic view from above where the map is always orientated with North pointing up. The 3D mode is more like a car navigator where you "travel into" the map. Perfect when riding a bicycle! All googles four layer types can be toggled in the map view.
You can use hardware buttons to control starting/stopping a session. For now these buttuons are configurable:
* Camera (if exists)
* Volume up
* Volume down
Long press on one of these keys starts and stops the tracking. Double pressing quickly pauses/resumes your tracking session.
The display view during tracking has a 2x2 or 2x3 layout in landscape mode and a 1x4 or 1x6 layout in portrait mode. The display view can also be configured to have black text on white background or white text on black background (default).

How it works: After 2-3 minute of stretching warm-up, do each exercise from the routine performing as many reps as possible in 90 seconds. Press Start button to countdown the time of each exercise. Before to perform the whole circuit, practice each exercise individually and use Info Button to read the exercise description. After few days when you are ready perform each exercise at maximum intensity for 90 seconds, rest for 10 seconds, then move on to the second exercise and repeat. When you will have a high level of training you can perform the full circuit twice for better results in shorter time.
Note: For the exercises where you need to alternate the legs you must perform 45sec for each leg.

The initial time through, do the first and third moves slowly (taking five seconds to lower), and the second and fourth moves at a normal speed; the second time, reverse the pattern (doing the first and third moves at a normal pace).
