BESCOM with an intention to successfully establish a relationship with consumers has created a Virtual Relationship Manager in the form of Mobile App. The Mobile App – BESCOM Mithra offers following features for both consumers as well as its employees.

> Generic information about BESCOM (Tariff, Policies, schemes, offices etc..)

> Registration to 1 or More accounts/installations
> Consumption, Billing and Payment history

The app got updated recently and now nothing is working. Each link you click, it simply rotates. Unable to see the bills. Things were working before, now thanks for the update where nothing is working now. Improved UI interface that too only "More" and "My Info" works, then again once you go inside these menu items, nothing works. Don't understand how the app got released without testing properly.

Unable to use the application from this month, continuosly asking to switch account, account information is correct. When trying to switch unable to switch. Its unusable. Not sure if the application team is working to fix the issue. The account works fine on bescom site. It should be reverted to old version.

Latest version is very very slow, even on a fast phone, it takes around 5 min to load...if i keep the screen on. Not sure if the slowness is because i have 2 accounts, switching also takes very long time
