BESCOM with an intention to successfully establish a relationship with consumers has created a Virtual Relationship Manager in the form of Mobile App. The Mobile App – BESCOM Mithra offers following features for both consumers as well as its employees.

It was good till sometime back. Now it started to show its so called GOVERNMENT face... not able to login and shows error message saying please add your account to proceed. If we try to add account, it says the account is already added. It's cycling between these two and doesn't allow login. I tried even uninstalling and installing back but no use. Have to keep on trying, and suddenly sometimes it works. LOL it's like a lottery.

Had good experience with the app until recent times. It's failing to register complaints. It confirms that the complaint is logged but can't find it in the Complaint History. Neither does it send an SMS with complaint number. Tried updates and uninstall/install but of no use.

BESCOM Mitra App is not showing the user the complaints that they are logging on the App and last one shown in my account is in year 2021. Also the App does not show power outages that may be scheduled and it always shows No outage information message. I have logged at least 5 complaints on the App in year 2022 and I have not seen one displayed on the App. But when we try to book the complaint again it shows the complaint has registerd. When we call up 1918 the helpline they are able find it
