About this app

BESCOM with an intention to successfully establish a relationship with consumers has created a Virtual Relationship Manager in the form of Mobile App. The Mobile App – BESCOM Mithra offers following features for both consumers as well as its employees.

Easy and intuitive interface. I use it generally for raising complaints and occasionally making payments. Both features work very well in the app. A better analytics view of one's complaint history with the ability to download as pdf/excel will be very good. It'll help me take that data to the local office to talk about frequent power outages.

Bill payment on this app is now streamlined and good. Sometimes Id doesn't appear on the app maybe due to current bill update process. Otherwise this app is very informative and good. Think nobody from BESCOM bother about our views because our ID doesn't appear even after multiple add process. Update- our ID is now appearing at login, kudos. Looks like the ID problem is sorted out. When I was trying to update my DOB, selection of year of birth is not available!!!

Progressively the ease of use and quality have improved quite significantly. At times the data doesn't get refreshed and at that time we can't use the app. Other wise it is good.
