I recently ordered a TV online and it arrived damaged and it was only yesterday and this morning I already have a new replacement. I've been doing a LOT of business with Best Buy for several years and I have never had a bad shopping experience or any problems with returns and refunds. I was totally impressed with the quick response with my new replacement this morning. The damaged TV has yet to be picked up and I'm not concerned with it. Again, TOTALLY 5 STARS

Update: 6/9/22. App still will not load, 9 months after original review. --- Over the past few months, the app has become increasingly buggy. Now, the app has stopped working entirely. It won't load despite two re-installs and after sending a few error reports over the course of a week. If Best Buy wants to compete with Amazon, they need to do much better.

App has always been mediocre, but now it's fully broken. I sign in (either using Google or using username and password) and the app crashes. I was able to browse successfully for a few minutes until I tried signing in. As soon as it brought me to my account overview page, app crashed. This is repeatable. How you sign in doesn't matter, app crashes. My phone has plenty of storage, available RAM, and nothing hogging the CPU. This is the app, 100%.
