This app has long term issues 3-5 times per year... There's been a big bug happening for a couple months now (it seems) that doesn't allow me to look at my account page, so I can't log in to pay my credit card, see rewards.. That sort of stuff. This is the most common issue I experience, and it's the reason I hate my best buy credit card. They're always inconvenient and changing up their "rules" on you too.. So I guess I have 3 reasons.
