Great app. I'm not even a paid version. I emailed customer supportk and they got back to me within 10 minutes. They are responsive. Not even a canned response totally live support and feedback. I've never seen this before... Most impressive Actually fixed my connection issue. I was thoroughly impressed with the support especially since I am only using the free version.
To anyone having trouble signing up: you need to make sure that if you already have an original YouMail account, the password isn't too complex. I changed mine to a numeric pin (must be 8-50 characters for original YouMail). That solved the problem of not being able to sign in. As for the app, everything is great so far. Thank you for adding sweet, sweet visual voicemail back into my life.
This is a waaaaay better UI integration for YouMail. Still one suggestion: editing timeline functionality for messages. If I want to add an away greeting it's super annoying to have to go back in and change it when I return. Just a thought.
I loved the ability to see the length of each message, as well as read a transcript of them instead of "suffering" through listening to them, but I've decided I'd rather have my primary mail app notifications work the way they were prior to install. I noticed that the refund button has been replaced with "uninstall"... how do I get a refund now? Thanks!
After I paid for the app, I couldn't sign up. It kept giving me error. Couldn't even get a refund.
Paid and a error pops up that it can't verify license. Waste of money. Also, I'm not connected to WiFi or use Comcast. Fix the dam app, others complaining about this too!!!!!
