UPDATE SEPT 18: BUG IS GONE The app used to have a bug where it would forcefully zoom the user out into space when they scrolled into an "unsupported area", even if there were parking icons displayed there! I'm happy to report that the user is no longer forced to play zoom-tug-of-war to get parking details in these situations anymore. But it *will* zoom out if there are no parking icons in an unsupported area. The app's team was responsive, courteous, and friendly in fixing the issue.
I use this app every time I drive into NY. It is very easy to use, and they have great customer service. I pre-paid for a spot and the garage charged me an extra over-sized vehicle fee even though the app said there was none, so BestParking sent me a check!

Awful in Manhattan When I request information from one location, I got 5 calls having nothing to do with the location i requested. Instead I was hustled for another location not even close. They advertised $350/month where I was looking. I was told I would be lucky to find a place under $1,000 by the people on the phone. This app used to be okay. Now it is a big scam, at least in Manhattan.
Works as it should I rarely go into Manhattan so parking adds some stress. Not this time... Picked a garage, reserved a space, drove in, dropped off car, picked it up 8 hours later, showed the res email on my phone and drove away. Price including fee was less expensive than the outdoor lot we normally use that closed before we left. Works for me (and my family). Thanks
Rates in App are significantly higher than on website UPDATE: raising Star rating from 3 to 5, as their customer service contacted me to try to figure out what the problem was, and provided excellent support. I am really impressed with the level of customer support, and the issue was addressed to my satisfaction.
