There might be some caveats, such as inability to take out your car as needed during your stay. I booked through the app and had to cancel, since that arrangement didn't work for us. I didn't get a full refund, since I found out about this at the parking location, which of course I arrived at after the beginning of the timeframe I provided. UPDATE: Re-entry is part of the filters. I don't know why it's not made more obvious in the description.

Great garage and entry was flawless but upon exit my app had erased the QR code. It was just gone. I think it had something to do with there being no internet connection in the garage because it came back the next time I checked it after I'd exited. Luckily I had taken a screenshot of it and got out no problem. So, really 5 stars for the garage and one star for the app"

We're sorry to hear that the connection was bad on-site Cynthia, but happy to hear that you were ultimately able to get out.The app caches any pass that's been viewed while online to your phone, so you can view them offline, at your convenience, regardless of cell service. Alternatively, you can add passes to your virtual Wallet or screenshot too.
I have been using this app off and on for yrs to check prices and find garages in Boston when I go in to the city. I used the advanced pay option for the first time this weekend and when we arrived to our surprise the garage was closed. I reached out and told them about my issue at about 9:30am and had a refund for the garage and a $5 credit in a cpl hours....outstanding customer service and response time on a Sunday no less. Very impressed and I will continue to use the app going forward.
