Ratings and reviews

The bonus is generous (& tbf, seems to give a reasonable chance of winning (won £10)) but it's useless if you can't verify your identity, & this app makes that unusually difficult. Other apps (Gala, Tombola) are happy with bank/cc details, some have even moved with the times & use bank app notifications. 365 however seems to think people still have paper bills/statements, & at very regular intervals. As the deadline for verification is short, you're unlikely to have one anyway. Uninstalled.

I downloaded the app and made an account and could not log in. When I contacted customer service they said my account had been closed with no option of reopening? I had not even logged in for the first time and apparently I had breached some terms and conditions. Could not provide any answers on what I had done. I asked if I could try again in the future but they advised I would be met with the same restrictions. I downloaded Foxxy Bingo instead, no issues there.

Most games don't work. Says system encounted an error.. very rarely pays out. Update:02/05/20 Some games still don't work. Followed advice about history browsers, cookies etc. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Used various electronic devices. Emailed support. Still the same. Games don't pay out really now and with bingo it's the same winners. So my rate of 3 stars remain the same.
