Downloaded the app, created my account, was immediately told my account was suspended without the option to reactivate it. I've never even installed the app before today. Clearly they either (1) discriminate, (2) have extremely poor administration or (3) have allowed someone else to create an account with my information. I wouldn't trust this app/company to manage my sock drawer!

I know this review will not make a difference, because anyone with any ability to change things will even notice. But I joined this app in 2023 and absolutely loved it! It by far was my favorite sportsbook to use with the many bets you are able to place. Different bets as far as yardage or points that other sportsbooks did not offer. The promos that seemed to be available weekly. Then it changed i originally gave this app 5 stars, you seriously could not beat it. Then it changed.

When i first got this app it was perfect. Then all of a sudden I stopped getting promos and the app would glitch right when you needed to cash out. it also would report false things like saying your bet won and then all of a sudden it would be a different outcome. And there customer service is terrible. I got someone named Oscar M who just kept ignoring my request and kept trying to end the conversation. well he did. I tried again and got nothing. So be careful with this app and support.
