Totally frustrating and frankly a waste of my very valuable time. I accidentally entered the wrong password a couple of times forgetting to put the ! at the end of it and so they suspended my account. When I contacted the customer support using the call option they did nothing at all helpful to help resolve my issue telling me that I need to email customer support instead. So I did and finally received a response after nearly a full day had passed by...two days later and my account is suspended

Opened an account with them a while back. I never had a chance to use it though. Recently, I tried logging in and received a LL01 error. When I reached out to their support, I was told that bet365 made a decision to close my account with no option to reopen. No explanation as to why. This is disappointing and doesn't make any sense as I've never even used the account yet.

I love the app, but as of a couple of weeks ago, the app began crashing when I try to log on in a different state. My location services are enabled, i have the Xvinity app installed and running. What could be this issue? To solve the problem, i have to uninstall and reinstall in the state that I want to bet in. This is a pain in the you know what! The States that I travel through and bet in are, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky if this helps the developers. Other than that, i love the app.
