What are you guys doing to this app? I keep getting randomly logged out and then unable to log back in, receiving the message that my details aren't recognised (it's fine on the PC) and you have butchered the live stat tracking in bets, sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. it is a shame, the app is amazing when it works. on the same level as skybet and much better than everyone else. Bet365 always have offers and boosts available. I am happy with the company but the app has gone downhill

Definitely avoid this hideous app. The app interface draws you in, it looks good, performs well and games run smoothly, and that's about it. After making a couple of deposits, my account was immediately restricted, then I had to contact their Safer Gambling Team, went fine, restrictions cleared. Then moments later, their Enhanced Verification Team restrict my entire account. No withdrawals, deposits, betting or playing any games. Been over 10 days and still nothing. Avoid like the plague.

App is ok. The odds have got poorer over the years. it can be very difficult to place a bet or log on during big games. Nowhere near enough servers to cope with demand. For a company that built itself around in play betting it's a bit poor. Also annoying is the log on. if you select finger print log on, it only has to not work once, and it goes straight to asking for your password. you get about 2 attempts with that then you're locked out. So betting on the football in the pub can be frustrating
