Barbers Net platform is devoted to giving our vibrant barbering industry a startup.
There’s a massive skills shortage in barbering and a rising concern from professional barbers about the quality of skills found in job applicants. The rise and rise of intensive courses that aren’t underpinned by a recognized qualification has not helped. Quality takes time. It gives your shop a clear succession plan for growth and it also builds loyalty. Loyalty from customers to their barber, loyalty from barbers to the employer and loyalty within the team. Demonstrating that you are investing your time and energy in your shops future also helps showcase your professionalism. I think there is a huge perception that apprenticeships are very difficult and expensive for the employer but actually there is a clear, structured path and masses of support both in terms of training and financially.
Here barbers have an opportunity to make use of the following functionality.
> Having the 2 main role as Barber and Customer.
> Barber need to register them self with the help of the admin panel and can add the details (Profile, Service offer, Posts, Take part in contest etc..)
> Barber can create an appointment for a new customer account. Also, can generate the report based on the previous completed transactions.
> On the customer interface can schedule a appointment, chat with the barber, can view the barber ratings and reviews. Like the posts and can participate in the contest which are created by the admin panel.
> We also have the payment gateway via Stripe to full fill the transaction requirement via cash or cards.
> Admin panel have a website side to manage the activity and create contest. Also can edit, add, delete the account of any users.
