Nothing wrong with the company. Always doing promotions, free bets etc. Offer a massive range of extras. However the application is complete and utter garbage. Slow to update, slow to open. Slow and jerky with everything. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, cleared caches. Nothing works. It goes to the point where I won't make bets unless they are free ones, because I don't know if I will be actually able to use the cashout or edit features at the time I want to use them. GET A BETTER DEVELOPER

great App. terrible customer service. I've been using the app for a few years. I added a deposit through my registered bank account per usual. Apparently that caused an issue. Fine. Followed their uploading docs instructions and then silence for days. About a week later I get asked to contact a customer service rep. It was close to impossible to get a hold of a rep, which then followed to proceed with the same script, aka provide the same docs I've already uploaded!!

Was working perfectly up until a few weeks ago. Now, when I try to go on a Casino game (where I spend most of my time (and money)), the screen goes totally black. No idea why, but I got Zero help from their AI troubleshooters who just suggested I uninstall and reinstall the app (which I'd already done because I'm not a blithering idiot.) Doesnt seem much more to do other than register with a different bookmaker.
