Its okay. They're definitely reliable and will pay but what irks me is their Daily Cash Spins. Each day when you click it, instead of watching the wheel spin and see where you land (like it is supposed to)..... an Error Message appears and you get NO TURN. This happens EVERYDAY! Just enough to make me leave and play on other Casinos. EDIT 3/7/26: To the Developer.... I already reached out to Support (MULTIPLE TIMES)........ NO HELP! Hence, me leaving my rating/review.

the app itself is polished, intuitive, responsive and one of the best I've encountered in this category. The customer service, however, is none of those things. I'm trying to help a friend complete verification and customer service keeps telling him to log out/in try again. each time we'd follow instructions, get disconnected from CS chat and have to start over again with CS. Finally get them to escalate and it's been days without a response or even a "we're working on it/you're in a queue"

I usually don't leave reviews but this needs to be addressed. For a week or so, my account kept stating error when trying to verify my location. I reached out to support and they couldn't figure it out so they passed it along to the account team. A few days later, I get an email saying (During a routine security review in line with our Terms and Conditions, your account has now been permanently closed due to suspicious activity.) I'm still trying to figure out what suspicious activity that was.
