The old app was much better. I hate having to scroll through all my accounts I rather be able to see them all at a quick glance. Then if I want to I can open it for more information. It was more time consuming now. :(
Even after this "facelift" update, I'm not able to see all my payees to pay bills (only 4 are visible). When I called customer service to complain, I was brushed off and told this was "done intentionally". Terrible UX/UI and terrible customer service.
Hate the update! Way more confusing than the last version. Can't see what my total was before the deductions. Ugly format. Such a shame, this app was so helpful before.
I would give this "update" zero stars. According to this damned app, my user name can't be found so I can't even sign in even when I retype the ID. This APP IS USELESS!!
Update version 4.0 still doesn't feel like it's a 2017 app design but effort is finally being put on giving us that user experience that we deserve. Still have a long way to go. It's not as smooth, I would suggest to keep improving on the design and adding features like Fingerprint support.
Everyone is complaining about the layout but how is it that when I do a mobile check deposit there is no button on the keyboard for a decimal to separate dollars from cents are we that forgetfull? Everything thing else is basically fine besides that im going to have to use my nearest bethpage this sucks
