nothing really works as expected on the app. A basic quality control could help them find all the issues but clearly they don't care enough. If you select a saved user detail during booking, you can't proceed. They have deals on their app for direct customers but they reset as soon as you select an add on like a seat. And the captcha is a nightmare. You can't even proceed even after successfully solving it. Do better Air India. Try using your app yourself.

It appears that the application and website necessitate a One-Time Password (OTP) for the addition of a Frequent Flyer number. This OTP is reportedly sent to both the registered email and phone number, yet it is received approximately an hour after being issued, despite having a validity period of only three minutes. One might wonder if this delay is an intentional design choice to prevent travelers from accumulating flight miles. If this is indeed the case, it would certainly be an unconvention

very bad experience. Not able to book flight using points. Have been trying since a week. The remaining amount to be paid via cc is failing all the time. such a long customer support process If you're not. capable of executing a payment , better integrate payment gateways rather than oppressing customers with your filthy technology.
