Ratings and reviews

AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS. After only placing two bets, I received an email telling me they were blocking me from receiving promotions with no explanation why. I checked their expansive betting rules and couldn't find a legitimate reason as to why this may have occurred so, I lodged a complaint. I then received an email from the "betting manager" telling me that my complaint wasn't valid and to read their terms and conditions 🤦😂 Google tells me this is a common occurrence - avoid!

Absolutely pathetic app at the moment doesn't load up at all. If it does load up it takes 5 minutes to actually do anything and if you want to put a bet on in that time you're screwed!! Must have uninstalled and reinstalled around 50 plus times works for a bit then same again. Phone off and back on makes no difference at all. Needs sorting out as before the last 3 weeks had no problem. Cmon team sort it out all reviews say the same so what are you playing at!!!!

Horrendous app. Gone rapidly downhill while others constantly improve. Cash out always disappears during games, can never track free bet club no more and I landed on lose 60 days in a row on the prizewheel. When I highlighted to support he said he'd seen people land on the same thing 60 times in a row many times, blatant lie and literally impossible on a 8/1 chance. Any time I've had any issue the service has been shocking, will be using better apps now. Uninstalled.
