Ratings and reviews

For me, it's been very good on the whole. You get free bet promos galore and good odds (except for the #betyourway deals). The live support is quick but the staff on there seem to ignore what you are saying half the time & give you generic answers, sometimes to questions you haven't asked, (it's probably better to contact support on Twitter). *Update* Since the app was updated a few months back, it has been terrible. Constantly timing out, especially on the promo pages. -1 star for that alone.

I like Betway, one of my favourite betting companies. I like the layout of the app and their offers. One thing I'd like them to do is put bets in order of start time, like skybet, paddy power etc but that's just me. The biggest problem I find with the app though is it constantly freezes and lags which isn't helpful. I've redownloaded the app numerous amounts of times to try and fix it and that is hit or miss.

Absolutely pathetic app at the moment doesn't load up at all. If it does load up it takes 5 minutes to actually do anything and if you want to put a bet on in that time you're screwed!! Must have uninstalled and reinstalled around 50 plus times works for a bit then same again. Phone off and back on makes no difference at all. Needs sorting out as before the last 3 weeks had no problem. Cmon team sort it out all reviews say the same so what are you playing at!!!!
