Downloaded this app a few days ago. Won some bets and lost some. 2 days later, I cant bet as I get an error with my location and to contact customer service for help. Spoke to 2 agents, both of whom didn't help and ended the chat on me Edit: found out this only happens when you bet outside your initially registered location. If you're not at that location, you won't be able to bet. Hope this helps

Decent UI. It is fairly easy to use. The prize wheel is fixed, though. They say it's random, but it always gives me the same 1 free spin on hockey fever, which is the lowest prize available. 40+ days in a row is not random. Thought it was a deposit issue, but after deposit, it's the same thing. Also. I noticed the bet tokens I earned have an expiration. That sucks. Better apps out there, imo. Update: Another week of the so-called 'random' prize wheel. Still the lowest available prize every day.

Worst app ever for betting, most of the time it's down and one has to use a browser! The browser is extremely slow unless you're on a computer or laptop! Why create an app that works less than half the time? This is 2024, for a company making millions every year, it's pathetic how you can't keep up with new technology!!!
