They do what they say! As long as you stick with the program, can withstand the inevitable credit score dip and stay diligent, this program is a fantastic way to settle your debt. Customer service is absolutely fantastic and the 24/7 live chat support is such a blessing. If you're starting this program, STICK WITH IT. Yes, your credit score will tumble but it WILL start to bounce back as you make payments. Absolutely worth it.

Looking thru my dashboard and my account seeing the amount I owe laid out all on one page it's very intimidating. But once I see the amounts that Beyond convinced my creditor's to agree on it takes a lot not all but most of that intimidation away. And I think those creditors would have never agreed to those amounts with me. I think the process seems slow but I remind myself that when this process is completely over it will be YEARS sooner then had I kept struggling to pay them each monthly......

The initial process destroys your credit by having you stop making payments to all creditors. Then, they charge monthly fees plus a percentage of the original debt amount when settled. Any reduction in debt is lost to all the fees! Your payment history isn't reported to the credit bureaus, so your credit continues to go down the toilet while they claim to help. Wish I had just reached out to make a deal directly with the creditors instead of dealing with this stress.
