It was good As a previous user indicated: doesn't work any longer. It did and it was great. I kept getting something went wrong with the icon to "go home" but nothing happens when pressed. And this has been going on for the last week. With this, and the fact that I've been waiting for an item since January to arrive. I have switched to Amazon after being loyal to BTR for years.
Bummed! Just read previous comments. I also have not ordered in a while and now I can not even login!! It keeps saying something went wrong...and I see this has been an apparent issue and I see no response to fix this? Another loyal customer lost! I really liked this app sorry to see that nothing gets fixed and even when your a loyal customer there is NO LOYALTY on the BTR rack side!! Wow..bummed
Disappointment This site is getting worse and worse. Although the new download is a lot faster than the older version, the shipping is not. I am not able to track my orders anymore with this new app. Average shipping is a month and a half. They tell you the items you order is still on track and so you wait another 3 weeks to a month and then get an email saying sorry, we don't have it. I think I will stop shopping on this site for awhile. It's just been very frustrating. Sorry BTR, but you just lost a loyal customer.
Faurstrating This app is frustrating me. I can't log in. Also I placed 3 different orders at different times. My first order was placed on Feb 7 and the last one March 22 today is April 29th still not shipped yet. I called many times to follow up but they keep on given me different excusses, that is not their fault, Is their suppliers delaying the goods. I'm tired of this site. Can anyone recommend another site for me please that is better than this one.
Error Issue with The App (not the website)Normally OK but have been getting error messages for a couple of weeks first from trying to check out and pay and now it just doesn't work at all. I open it and it's an error. Been a long time now and am uninstalling the app as it is useless
App won't open! I keep getting the Uh oh message and directions to Uninstall. I followed instructions and with no success. . tried to re-enroll with a new email/password. No luck. I'm done with BTR. Loyal customer lost!
