Warning: Do not book flights through this third-party website or app. My round-trip flight from Toronto to Montego Bay was canceled while I was checking in, then rescheduled and canceled again. I requested a refund, but the company keeps blaming the airline. When I contacted the airline, they confirmed the refund must be handled by the third party. I’ve been given the same excuse repeatedly and still have not received my money.

STAY AWAYThis web site is the worst,go elsewhere you will lose your money,I mistakenly booked a flight for wrong date becuase I kept coming back to the site because the payment didn't go thru so Google reset the dates and I didn't notice till finally I paid twice then inside the 24 hours tried to get a refund and cancell ,cannot do it!!they are in china!!no good numbers to call and the reps don't care they say this is not refundable ,this is our policy sorry,and they charged me twice STAY AWAY!!
