Hello, The automatic updates for utility bills is temporarily unavailable. Meanwhile you can check manually in Utilities - Preview of registered bills - click on the three dots on the right side and then on the circular arrow (update button). After that check in the "Obligations awaiting payment". Best regards, My Fibank team

I lost access to invest - the stocks section or at least I can't find a way to display it. I do not know if this is intentional i.e. to separate investments from My Fibank app to a different platform or is it an error?

Hello, the investment service was temporarily suspended due to the migration processes for adopting the Euro currency in Bulgaria. Currently the service is back online, so you can use is as before. Best regards, My Fibank team

After the latest (forced!) update the app is barely usable as it crashes almost after every operation. And I'm not even going to comment on the new kindergarten-like UI, and, of course, much more ads. Update Nov 2025: It got even worse -- now, when the app is restored, the "Pay with NFC" button overlaps the camera notch, so it's impossible to press. What a clown UX!
