How it works:
Ordering is really easy. Use the locator or fill in your address manually to define where you want the food delivered. Pick your favourite restaurant and dishes. Then, effortlessly pay online via PayU or with a debit/credit card or simply pay cash at the door.

Curious when your food will be delivered? You can follow your order from the kitchen to your doorstep via the Food Tracker®! You will also receive 3 messages to update you on the status of your order: one to confirm your order, one to tell you the restaurant is preparing your food, and one when your food is on the way.

Ratings and reviews

Bad customer support. This app allows its resturants to edit the receipt from what you actually ordered, to what they have in stock. AFTER YOU PAY! My delivery was missing TWO items, and substituted with no notice. Takeaway customer service was of no help, even with my screenshot of the list of things that I actually ordered. I will not be using them again. Other apps give credit or make it right. These people do not care after you pay.

Buggy app - made an order, but for some reason, the app decided that the delivery address is the address of the restaurant itself... The delivery was not possible as my address is out of scope of the delivery guys. Tried to contact support - some AI bot is the only contact and does not understand 90% of the messages. For the other 10%, it sends me a link to a help article on the takeaway site that is not reachable.

Made the mitsake to pay with card, then the order never arrived, despite the app claiming that it did. When I tried to contact them about the problem, the in-app assistant was useless and they never picked up the provided phone. I will be proceeding with the Commission for customer protection.
