I have been using this app for six months, since September, and it has been an excellent experience! The app is secure and fast, ensuring smooth transactions. Stay away definitely would not recommend. Been 6 days and still the amount is not transferred to destination account. Keeps showing pending in pay penny app. The customer care / live chat keep repeating the same response that we have taken as priority and would be resolved as soon as possible. Gentle request stay away from the app. It takes long time and so many follow ups and still without solution. Worst transfer app that I have ever used.

My honest experience with this app is terrible. I will take days to reflect the amount on wallet and take additional days to transfer the amount to recipient. They customer support is worse. My bank doesn't provide invoice as I have to choose their manual transfer and their instant transfer wasn't working. I made transfer to wallet by giving the reference number they have given but they still need the invoice that my bank doesn't give to reflect the amount on my wallet. If you want to have a sm
