My money has been stuck for nearly two weeks, with the transaction still marked as 'pending'. Even if other apps offer slightly less value, I would recommend using them instead, as this platform lacks accountability, estimated delivery date. This has been a very disappointing experience that I ever faced.

so disappointed, they didn't even provide estimated delivery date. instead use remitly for money transfer, they provide better service. I recently stuck into where neither they transfer money nor they cancel it. so that I can use other way. so I strongly recommend not use this app.

The transaction takes almost 2 weeks to finish and that also you have to keep bothering them. If you don't follow up, your transaction will take forever.
