Symmetry Fitness focuses on RMR Training, or, "Restorative Movement Revival Training". The mission of this style of training is to work on re mapping and changing the brains current movement and behavioral patterns in order to restore and revive optimal physical and mental health. The brain controls how the body moves. Your habits determine how your brain decides to give out orders. RMR focuses on appropriate breathing and movement techniques, joint stability and mobility, strength and flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, balance, and healthy eating and sleeping habits. Becoming physically fit and working out should make you feel better and less stressed each day. It should enhance your personal, work and family life, and allow you to attempt new activities and hobbies you dared not to do out of fear of hurting yourself. Proper training will allow you to return to activities you may have given up due to a deterioration of your physical wellness.
