Bharat Khata is a secure app for channel partners (dealers, distributors, buyers) invited through the CredServ platform to complete digital onboarding and manage their receivables journey—covering KYC, invoice approvals, agreements, mandates (eNACH where enabled), and payment tracking.

If you’ve received an invite from a corporate on CredServ, Bharat Khata helps you complete onboarding quickly and stay updated on invoices, dues, and credit-related actions—without manual paperwork or follow-ups.

What you can do on CredServ using the Bharat Khata app
1) Complete onboarding & KYC (digital-first)
- Start onboarding using your mobile number and OTP
- Verify business identity using PAN/GST (supports multiple GST profiles)
- Complete promoter verification through secure consent-based flows
- Get ready for formalisation and credit enablement (if applicable)

2) Review and approve invoices
- View invoices shared by your corporate
- Approve invoices individually or in bulk
- Track invoice amount, due date, and outstanding balance
- Maintain a clear record of approvals and actions

3) Make receivables formal & enforceable
- Sign agreements digitally (Aadhaar eSign where enabled)
- Complete mandate setup (eNACH where enabled)
- Move to a “formalised” status once required steps are completed

4) Track limits & utilisation (if enabled by your corporate)
- View credit limit, utilised amount, and available limit
- Get alerts when utilisation is high or action is required
- See eligibility status clearly (as configured by the corporate)

5) Track repayments and transactions
- View repayment schedules and reminders
- Track payments and transaction history
- Submit payment updates (when needed) with reference details
