While trying to update KYC for my sim, it doesn't generate credentials automatically. I tried many times and at last it came but says failed to upload documents after inserting OTP. It is quite frustrating though the app has great advantages. Developers need to fix frequent glitches. I haven't been able to update my KYC!

This app is not user friendly, the worst app ever. This app is linked with most of the official account which we can't access due to failure to navigate back.

No stars for this total trash app unfortunately 1 star has to be given. We have to use two phones for this app to work and whenever I try to open a government website, I am directed to open through this trash app that doesn't work at all. A total waste of time.
