VssID is a Vietnam Social Security official application for smartphone. With VssID, users can communicate, update information, use Vietnam Social Security’s public services easily and conveniently through their smartphone. This application can be used as a replacement for physical health insurance cards. Users identity information on VssID have legal validity and can authenticate insurance payment process when users use Vietnam Social Security’s public services.
With VssID, users can:
- Look up personal information about Social Security, Health Insurance, Unemployed Insurance, include: Identity information; Health Insurance card’s Information; process of social insurance participation; Instant Insurance regime; Health insurance payment history.
- be informed latest information about current Social Security, Health Insurance, Unemployed Insurance Policy through many advanced ways such as: direct call; SMS/ Email; in app chatbot;
- Search for Vietnam Social Security Agencies; Social Security Numbers; Medical facilities covered by Social Security; Payment address.

Does not allow phone with customized ROM.

Worst experience ever!!! I barely leave any comments for apps. They either have to be super good or this worst and this app is for the latter. Took way too long for the last step to load, then never received the otp email unless you cancel and resend your application which makes it way too long just to complete such a simple procedure.

Stupid and rubbish app as no OTP received then how to complete the registration! Waste of time!! Updated: App requested you to put phone number for OTP but actually it's been sent out via email which user didn't know about it. Once I can sign in with provided passwords then could not able to change it as well. So annoying!
