Facial recognition is very buggy and unusable, whereas the tab for fingerprint sensor just shows up blank with no other option. Otherwise the app is solid, the UI is clean, a bit plain but simple and reliable for basic tasks such as checking account balance and transfers. The fingerprint access worked well on my previous device (Nexus 6P), but just cannot seem to work on my new device (OnePlus 6).

This app is unusable! Terrible. I'm using a Samsung Galaxy S10. Stuck at loading after entering login details. Clearing data and cache is useless, helps you to only progress 1 screen after. Then the same thing happens again after choosing a selection. Uninstalling and reinstalling practically does nothing. Works maybe 1 time in a hundred of tries. You pride yourselves in having everything done online and yet this problem persists for months now. Fix this.

Offline message never works. Not all of us are in Brunei all the time to use the live chat due to time differences. Online agents are always busy as well. App looks dated compared to other bank apps. Could be better for being the main bank of Brunei.
